Terms and Conditions

• The suites are for couples only.

• Breakfast is not included, can be ordered independently.

• Each suite has an outdoor seating area / balcony.

• We are very strict about the cleanliness, so it is not possible to cook inside the suites. There are two outdoor cooking areas for the guests.

• The pool area is shared by all guests of the complex.

• It is strictly forbidden to bring guests who are not staying in the complex without prior permission from the host.

• Bringing animals to the compound is prohibited.

• Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the suites, smoking is possible outside. Smoking inside the suites will result in a fine of 300NIS.

• Do not play music in the courtyard and common areas (such as the pool), music can be played inside the suites at a reasonable volume.

• BBQ is prohibited unless prior confirmation has been received.

Reservation, check in and check out

• Direct (phone) order is conditional on the provision of credit card information for security purposes only, however in case of damage and / or theft and / or non-compliance with the cancellation conditions, the card may be charged.

• After placing the order, a confirmation will be sent to the email / WhatsApp in accordance with the agreed details, which must be confirmed in a return message.

• Check-in time is from 3:00pm on Sunday to Friday, and from 4:00pm on Saturdays.​

• Check-out time is until 11:00am on Sundays to Fridays and until 1:00pm on Saturdays.

• Early check-in / late check-out will only be possible in coordination with the host.

Cancellation Policy

• According to the Consumer Protection Law in Israel, any transaction for the purchase of hospitality and vacation services made in a "distance sale" may be canceled within 14 days from the date of the transaction, but not less than 7 business days before the date of arrival,while charging the legal cancellation fees . Canceling out of the cancellation terms may result a full charge. On Israeli holidays and school holidays, the cancellation option is up to 30 days before the date of arrival. as a gesture of goodwill, if a canceled reservation the will be filled in full by another customer, no cancellation fee will be charged.

Covid-19

• No refund will be given for cancellation of a booking due to fear of corona infections / inventions in isolation. Instead, a guest who cancels a reservation for fear of being infected in Covid-19/ is in solitary confinement, will be charged the full cost of the reservation and will be given a full value voucher (only for the suite he booked and not for the entire reservation - if the reservation includes more than one suite). The voucher can be used within 3 months.​

• The reservation can only be cancelled without charge if a lockdown is imposed that includes a traffic restriction.

Special deals and newsletter

• If there is a new deal advertised on the website or sent in a newsletter, it can only be used once, and is only valid for the specified dates.
