Introduction

How does accessibility work on this site?

The website has implemented the accessibility system of Ossim Shivyon, which allows users to choose more convenient browsing and viewing options.
When clicking on the plugin icon, the accessibility menu will open.

For easy and quick navigation using the keyboard, activate the "Keyboard Navigation" button in the menu and use the following keys:

F – navigate between forms
H – navigate between headings
M – navigate between menus
G – navigate between images

Screen Reader – For the best browsing experience, we recommend installing the NVDA software on your computer to read out the site’s texts.

Encountering a problem?

If you did not find the content you were looking for or you need assistance from a customer service representative:

Press F4 to open a window where you can leave your details. Enter your name and phone number, and a representative will contact you.
Additionally, you can click the Emergency Button within the plugin (located at the bottom of the plugin) to make a call or send a quick message.
When using a computer, click the red button to enable remote access assistance.
